Pro service pest control did a bedbug and roach service for me I was very satisfied with the service they offer. Professional exterminator, great service and they are one of the few companies who give guarantee and follow up if requested, I would recommend this company to any one with pest problem

Good company to work with. I received an appointment very quickly. On the day of, the exterminators called to give an eta of their arrival. I Loved that it was a woman who came to do the job...i am squeamish myself. Pricing was reasonable. I was also given details on what to look for and timeline for future treatments. Lastly, appreciated that they cleaned up after.

The representative was knowledgeable and addressed my issue regarding pest control. I'm currently moving and wanted to know the difference between a certificate of eradication, and what a summary report on an invoice provides. The rep explain the difference perfectly and now I feel more confident about moving.

We had a great experience with Pro Service Pest Control. Our 8-unit building had a mouse problem for a long time, but suddenly one night there were mice everywhere and we were freaking out. You could hear us all shrieking in the hallways as the critters were skittering around our apartments! I called Pro Service and they sent someone the next day. They also explained the importance of getting all the units treated at the same time, so we kept calling back to add each apartment once we'd arranged access, and they were great about accommodating the add-ons in their schedule. The young man who came was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was fast but thorough. He assessed each apt, plugged up spots where mice were getting in and also showed each person what else they needed to do in terms of hiring a handyman for small renovations to keep the mice out permanently. He did the basement too and set traps in each apt. The price was very reasonable. I killed one mouse in a trap an hour after he left, but I haven't seen any in the 2 weeks since then and I no longer see mouse droppings everywhere. My neighbors report that the problem has abated as well. You just want to be mentally prepared for the fact that the glue traps are not pleasant to deal with, and if the exterminator sets them in hidden spots, like behind appliances or under furniture, make sure you know where they are. Anyway - I was about to do all kinds of crazy things to try to deal with the mice - people were saying put out peppermint or cat litter or traps that deliver electric shocks or borrow a cat - and then someone else said, 'You should get a professional to deal with it for real.' And I'm so glad I did.
