Queens Pest Control Exterminators

I called Charles to help me get rid of a mice problem. I had mice in my house for 3 months..I thought it was just one mouse but of course I was wrong once I started catching one every day. Charles came, examined my house, plugged up all holes with steel wool and added poison (tamper-safe for my toddler). He spent a total of about 3 hours and did a thorough job. I know it was thorough because I haven't seen a mouse or droppings since. Charles is someone I would call whenever something goes wrong in my house - I feel he has many skills and I trust him to do a good job. He also gave me a 2 month gaurantee of no mice, but so far so good. Thank you!

Queens/Citi Pest Control was my first choice to get rid of bed bugs in my couch bed. I thought the worse because the bugs were probably hiding in the upholstery. But Charles came and took my worries away. For a great price, he treated my couch as well as the room it was in. He periodically followed up with me to make sure the situation was taken care of. He told me that's he's here any time if the bugs showed up. He's extremely kind, humble, and very hardworking. I've already recommended him to friends. Thanks for all your help Charles!!

Excellent extermination service, Charles and Jay responded to our emergency call immediately and saved our child from eminent danger by a raccoon that broke through the ceiling into the baby's room. Charles kept us calm and assured through this experience, and the job was done satisfactorily. The price was reasonable and affordable compared to others, more importantly our baby was safe, kept out of harm's way. Thank you Charles and Jay for going above and beyond.
