Olivia was so pleasant and helpful today! We’re on the last stretch of getting my daughter moved after her college graduation and Olivia knew just what we’d need to get her packed and out just in time for our vacation. Great service.

I've used this location twice, and I've gotten great service bot times. Rebecca the manager is awesome, and the rates are better than anywhere else I looked. Clean units and facility are a plus as well. Most recently I had to get some stuff into storage quickly, during really terrible weather. Olivia was a gem, she made the experience stress free and really went the extra mile to get me the right unit. Kudos on the excellent customer service!

I've had the pleasure of having a confident, cheerful young lady named Rebecca help me for quite a while when I come into the office. It's nice to know there are those that can brighten a dull day with their smile! Great customer service!

I go in every month to pay mom elderly mothers storage bill. I always see Rebecca and she’s absolutely amazing! Always smiling no matter what. I love that she knows her customers by name and respects us all. Olivia was amazing today too when I made the payment. GREAT WORKERS!
