Steven is an absolutely phenomenal manager. After an unfavorable experience in store with an associate, he made sure that our customer needs were met. A few weeks after, a diamond fell out of the setting (likely due to the ring re-sizing, it happens), and within an hour, the diamond was replaced, and my ring was sparkling and beautiful. Steven's leadership is why we continue to support Pueblo Jewelers and we thank him for all of his hard work

Excellent customer service, both Aaron and Eric helped me and my fiace find my perfect Bridal ser for our upcoming wedding.
