Puerto Vallarta Restaurant

This is our go to for Mexican. The food is fresh and hot and always good. The service is nice and friendly. Everything is reasonably priced and the portions are a good size.

Service was exemplary. Has a very extensive menu, catering to various food tastes and sensitivities. menu is in Mexican terminology, so ask before ordering if description is in doubt. Food is made fresh and arrives piping hot. i appreciated the soft Spanish music playing in the background, rather than the blaring dissonance common to most restaurants.

First visit here. Food was good, but nothing special. Prices are reasonable. Biggest complaint was the speed of service. Very slow service from start to finish. Dinner took over two hours for two people who normally finish a meal out in 45 minutes or less. Each stage of the process took an extended amount of time from ordering to waiting for our sodas to arrive to waiting for the appetizer. My wife even took her food to go because the first time it came out it wasn't made properly, and we were ready to go after hitting the two hour mark. Unfortunately, the place was only moderately busy, so I can't really say what the cause of the wait was. There's better Mexican food close by without the slow service. Not sure if we'll go back.

Great restaurant, good food, but they lost my Online pickup order (for ambulatory celebrant just home) on this most important of days! You guys make awesome food! Cinco!!!

3rd times a charm. Staff is always great but the food was ok. The 3rd time I went, i was floored. Ate so much guac and chips I thought my stomach would pop
