Coyote Flaco Mexican Restaurant

I just order (My first time) lunch from this restaurant. I paid $15.43 for a very shallow taco salad bowl which contained, iceberg lettuce, 4 tomato wedges and a scoop of what I'm told is taco meet and several pieces of shredded cheese, less than 10 shreds. This lunch did not include the usual guacamole or sour cream. Which in this case would have masked the "meat" making it slightly more edible. I did order refried beans on the side, they was the consistency of soup. I don't want to give this "restaurant" any stars but I had to in order to give a review. I'm actually heading back down there to return the "meal" and get my money back.

I drove past this place for months on my way to school, and finally decided to stop in on a Thursday for their $4 margarita happy hour. So glad I did! This is now one of my favorite local spots for food or drinks (the coyote wrap is my favorite go-to, and we always get margaritas!). It's a small restaurant, but very cozy, and the staff is just fantastic and friendly.

Great food ! Service not so much ... definitely worth checking out though. I’d come again for more of the food ... fajitas were yummy

We sat at the very small bar in the back. They make excellent mararitas with a very impressive tequila selection considering how small the place is. Food is decent also.
