General fast and clean but ice machine empty make it lose a star

Literally the worst service I've ever received. Ordered ONE item and waited 27 minutes. They always get my order wrong or fail to give me everything I order. This store has been terrible for years and continues to get worse. If you value your time or money stay away from this place. New Britain can do better.

2:05 AM on 5/3/18: We can’t take your order, our computers are down. Can you take a cash payment? No, I JUST SAID OUR COMPUTERS ARE DOWN Can anyone on here explain to me if I had either exact change or was willing to leave the change, how computers being down had anything to do with making a burrito/nacho/quesadilla or being rude AF to me? If there is any issue with making the food, maybe tell me versus having an attitude I could sense from 25 miles away.

Service was fast and the interior was clean and modern. Food was good as well.
