Moe's Southwest Grill

I love Moes in general. This isn't my favorite location, but the food is still good. This one tends to be dirtier, and yes, you do have to be somewhat lenient. The food is always hot and good, and that technically should count, but it worries me that if they don't have the "time" to clean what we can so easily see even though it wasnt busy, what else aren't they cleaning. And this staff is not so friendly or helpful. We went to this location as we were staying at the nearby hotel and if that was my first impression (as it was for our guests we brought) I definitely would not return. We tried twice. Not impressed.

I am a big fan of the Moe's here. They are always quick and rarely have a line. I find the food is freshly cooked when I go in as well. The staff are always nice and never mess up my order. I have been to a different location before and the food was not the same. It didn't taste as good and was cold. Happy to have this place next door!

Excellent service. Good food. Great Prices. Very good selection of salsa. Amazing how they can handle the lunch time crush. The ambiance is warm and they keep it very clean. The burrito is bursting and I could only half of it. Leftovers is good.

I like the food, BUT UBER EATS SUCKS. The restaurant itself is sometimes available on Uber Eats, and other times, you can’t even place an order for delivery. This local Moe’s turns Uber on and off for no good reason. At times when they’re not even busy. And calling Moe’s is frustrating because the employees don’t know how to turn it on, when the manager is not there!!! Oh, and you can’t order tacos because it says “sold out”. Which can’t be true. You can order a kids meal with a taco, and that is never sold out. I’m frustrated, should be an easy process. There is blame on both sides, Uber Easts and Moe’s, but I think Moe’s is about 95% responsible.

Food was good, but portions, particularly for proteins (meats), are small. Unfortunately, it was disturbing that while one of the employees was cleaning the grill hood, dirty cleaning fluid was dripping onto the grill used to make food... the time for such activities are *after* business hours... Is this not obvious? Amazing...
