Taco Bell

Loved the app- could make customizations, see the price, and change anything you needed without looking like a jerk or holding anyone up. Drove up and everything was easy, hot, correct, and we were on our way. The 2 staff helping me were very nice and were great explaining how it worked. The outside was nice and clean. The actual lot needed a lot of attention and was an obstacle course for my car, but not the workers fault.

Food cold, nacho bell Grande was made wrong. Slow service through drive thru. Only 3 staff members on a Friday nite is unacceptable. Long lines in drive thru. Checked my bag and found missing food too.

Workers are friendly, but they seem to be understaffed. Lunch times are busy, and can be rushed. I requested an order for a triple melt box, and it was placed for a chalupa craving box instead. The line was long enough that I didn’t try to get it replaced.

Great food, and I'm always game for taco bell, especially when it has great, fast service and food!

Always backed up. Associates arguing in the parking lot with a line of drive thru 10 deep. The woman who i assumed was the supervisor was very unprofessional. Once u get in line u cant get out. After about 20 minutes the customers started yelling at each other in the drive thru line because no one would back up or pull forward while they stubbornly waited 30 minutes for a taco.
