Pump It Up

The bounce houses are fun for the kids and the pizzas were good. The issue I did have was with time management and organization. We made sure to get there early as they told us over the phone to arrive 15-20 minutes early. I had to talk to the front desk 3 times before they got to our party which started at 6. They began the instructional video 5 minutes after 6 so the kids didn't start jumping till about 6:10. We had to speak to the manager on duty when they wanted to end the jump sessions right at 7 when we are supposed to get an hour. I'm not rich by any means so I wanted to make sure I got my complete time after we made sure to be there early. On top of that, the manager argued about what time we started jumping and didn't really want to give us our paid for minutes. We ended up getting maybe 5 extra minutes in the party room after he went through the tapes. I feel it would've been easier to just give us a few extra minutes than to argue about it. I give them 3 stars because my son had fun and so did the other kids and we got a discount, but the service wasn't what I expected.

Kids had a great time. Needs a little upkeep. The bubble maker in the First Room needs a major overhaul / cleanliness. The service, especially in the Birthday room, was very good. The associate did a great job. Lastly, remember to bring a pair of socks for all kiddos.

Love this place. Peftect for kids. Only complaint would be clean the carpet more

My lids always have fun there. Clean and not crowded.

Any place that my kids beg to stay at is fine by me. We all had a great time bouncing around.
