Pump It Up

Great place to let the kiddos run themselves tired. Great & courteous staff. Clean & well kept. Great job "Pump it Up".

So unorganized! And the big inflatable birthday boy chair is all worn out, the color are all faded. Glow War in Arena B was not prepared so we lost time there my son didn't get a gun to take home like advertised! But the kids have fun I guess only the grown-up stuff was upsetting for me.

I've been having parties for for my kids at pump it up over the last 10 or so years. Under new management, I was not informed of the price change when I booked over the phone. Also, I worked the party. I had to make runs back and forth to get our drinks, ice cream, and veggie trays. Finally someone noticed and came to help. During the room change, our party was lined up for awhile while the other party was still in the room. I could have saved $200 and rented a bounce house at home.

This past weekend was the first time we have had a birthday party at Pump It Up. Everything was nice and we really like that it was a private party. We felt a little rushed while we were in the party room. We had 2 hosts that was with us the whole party time, it seemed like they took over in the party room. I did not care for that. I would have liked to be able to decide when we sing 'Happy Birthday' and when we open gifts... The parties are quite expensive. And they advertise that a party host is included in the cost yet when it's time to pay, they ask for gratuity. I was put off by this and it caught me off guard. I mean, I'm already paying close to $300 for a 2 hour party. I don't want to sound cheap but you should consider not asking for more money at the end like that. If I had known up front, I wouldn't have had the party here...

The place was not really watched over. The people inside rather dance with them selves then make sure the kids were taken care of. The music for most was not appropriate for kids. I will not take my daughter to this place again
