We have had at least 6-8 Birthday Parties here for our 2 boys. Customer Service is excellent! The Rose Room is our preferred place/lanes to bowl and hang out in general. Nicer and roomier than the regular lanes. Very accommodating. Would like to see some much needed updates to the arcade games and arcade area....

This place has gone way downhill. Here are my Pros and Cons. Cons: Burnt out frame indicator lights, fast food pull out chairs, old/horribly maintained shoes, pin cycler/carriage errors two or three times that only allowed my kids to bowl one of the two frames, extremely narrow lanes (we're hitting elbows with people next to us), monitors are really old and faded CRT TVs, lanes had major irregularities in the wood where a perfectly straight ball with no spin would all of the sudden veer off (noticed a trend over multiple bowlers and balls). Also, they charge additional for shoes, so it's $5/game + $4.25 for shoes which is much more expensive than competing places. Pros: I guess service was good (quick to respond to lane problems and food service, but I can't think of anything else.) I would not go back since there are so many better alternatives.

Average service and experience. We rented a pool table and my son wanted to play some games in between so I asked one of the associates where I could put the balls and she said they would be ok on one of the tables next to the pool tables. We noticed shortly that someone was using them. Then we wanted to use the Laser Tag and were told someone would be there soon and we waited almost ten minutes. The bowling experience was good and the front counter man whom I have seen there many times is always very good and professional. I think having a few more options for games and activities for the kids would help along with upgraded pool tables and a system that is more efficient. The cues were ALL broken or worn in some way.

You know what I was tired when I wrote my first response and I actually had a great time. The queso was fantastic, and the chips were fun to snack on in between bowling. The arcade was fun, especially the new Space Invaders game. There was quite a large selection of bowling balls, so even though my friends use similar sizes we had plenty of balls. It is actually a really fun place, and the staff were very accommodating this all happened while I was at an event there, but I will be back personally since it is close to where I live. I had a good time, and I can't really think of how you could improve. I apologise for not being as in depth and courteous in my response. Have a great night!

I think bowling is a bit over priced no matter where you go. But I'm sure glad that Stikz was my choice today. The service makes the huge difference in places where you go. Got great service from the desk to check in for bowling, it was only 20min wait. Got to play 2games of pool. They sent someone to service us while playing and bought food while bowling. The server always came to check on us. Very nice guys. Sullivan and also an older gentleman. Both were very nice.
