I’ve been taking my 2003 camary to them since 2016 and I have no complaints. John is the one who usually work on my car. I had taken the car to Toyota for an oil change and they told me I need an oil pan. Toyota wanted to charge me over 600 dollars. I didn’t have them do the work. Next time I needed an oil change I took it to Quality. They did the oil change but advised me that I would need an oil pan. They quoted me a price in the 300’s which included labor. I just recently had. The oil pan replaced and no problem. Thank God.

Mechanic at Quality has been taking care of my 2010 Jeep for 3 years now - everything from new tires & tune-ups to new breaks. Outstanding friendly service and the mechanic Danny who I've used is trustworthy and looks out for ways to help me stay within my budget. Whole team is pro and polite, front desk is super friendly and helpful about drop-offs and pick-ups. I've never had an issue about time or labor. One of the best things on earth is finding a mechanic you can trust - I highly recommend him!

If i could give them no stars i would! Worst place ever! They scam people and take their money so BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I use to love this place but the service is not as good as it use to be!!! I got my car fixed a few months ago spent $2400 worth of work and my car still breaking down!!! I had to return 2 times to get the same part fix going on three.... the driver shaft fell apart every time i use my all wheel drive!! This should not be happening i shouldn’t have to keep going back to get the same thing fix over and over again... then they are making me wait 3 extra days to fix it i can’t get my daughter to school and myself to work without my car😠😠😡😡😡
