I've trusted Quality Auto for a couple of years now and they haven't let me down.  They're very transparent with their diagnostic work and the labor.  Prices are extremely fair and my car has not gone back more than once for the same significant repair.  I frequently recommend them to my colleagues and any person I meet looking for a reliable service center.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Complete rip off. Had to constantly return to fix the same issue they supposedly took care of and this occurred on several occasions. Overpriced and my car always comes out with more issues than it originally had. Do not be fooled by these people.

Repeat visits to try and fix the problem. Eventually took it elsewhere who diagnosed and fixed in one visit. Trans leak was causing problems, had to be replaced, luckily under extended warranty.

I was ripped off in the auto repair. First they won't to change the conventional oil and insist to change the synthetic oil and charge a high amount. Second, they changed the air filter and did not mention the final amount in the end. Finally I paid $88 plus $19 groupon (that's $107 to do an oil change). Shame on them. Disgusting auto service.

Lied about issue with tierods, took car to dealership no problem found.in fact internal tierod was recently replaced.never using them again
