Thanks so much for helping my parents Betty and Earl out with getting their boat to and from your place of business. They were in a bad situation with no one to do that for them and you were so kind and generous to take care of that. You all do such excellent work here and always take great care of your customers -100%. We are so lucky to have you here in our community to take care of all our boating needs. As a first time boat owner (it came with the Lake house), the people at Quality Marine, went above and beyond in helping me. The engine was bad, and they took the time to explain the issue, and presented me with solutions. Ended up with a new boat, and that's when the service really shined. Ernie helped this 'city boy' learn all about towing, parking a trailer, and how to put my boat in the water. He went the extra mile and took me out on the lake to help show me what I needed to know. No need to look elsewhere, the customer service wins.
