Queen's Beauty Supply

Staff was friendly, and knowledgeable about inventory. There appeared to be lots of selection. Store was clean and organized. Can definitely see returning here again. The only downside is the parking, which is to be expected on busy 23rd street.

Enjoyed my experience at this store. Called them 20 min before closing while 15 min away and they waited for me. Great customer service as well. Plus they carried what I was looking for (crotchet extensions) and many more products. I will definitely go back for more.

One of the most horrible experineces I have ever encountered as a consumer. My friends and I went in to purchase some fun wigs for my friends birthday celebration. The lady that was helping us followed us around so closely that there was hardly any room to turn around. Also, I would think when purchasing a wig you need to try to them on to make sure its the right fit. The sales person gave us such a hard time about trying them on that we finally just decided to leave the store and go elsewhere. I don't believe in spending my money in a store where I am treated like a common criminal and that's how I felt at this store. We went down the street to Cee Cee's wigs and got totally different treatment and great customer service and left with wigs that we were happy with after trying on several with no problems.

Does not deserve one star at all. The main lady that’s always there is rude as hell! I purchased hair from this store and wanted to return it all within 24 hours. Well when i purchased my hair she didn’t give me a receipt so when i came in the next day(mind you these are the same women that checked me out) it was a big deal when i wanted to return it. She never gave me the original receipt and she wanted to argue with me and tell me that she did. She’s like we can run the tapes. I’m like yea do that tf lol. She really starts to look at the tapes and at this point I’m like it’s 4 bags of hair that they know i purchased the day before it was unopened and everything. I left the hair on the counter and walked out. Luckily i lost $20 and not more but i will never go back here at all. I’ll go to MID-K

Its not that great i mean like they got these wigs not like up and down wigs they have those soul train wigs and plus they sell fake jewelry i got a tiara and it was not metal it was plastic with fake diamonds like come on now im not stupid u could at least MAKE THE DIAMONDS LOOK REAL!!!!!!!!!!!
