Upon arriving at this Sallys establishment I was not greeted. I was only greeted with cuss words from their conversation in front of my daughters who were both with me. As well as my friend who was picking out the hair dye for my hair because she knew what I needed. I stated to my friend that I did not like the way the store was set up simply because I'm used to a different Sallys. The employee with pink hair decided to chime in with quite the attitude, in an unnecessary loud voice (as the store is Very small) "are you looking for something?" I smiled and stated “yes I cannot find your facial care.” Again with the same attitude, she stated, “You were standing right in front of them". She then walks over to me and points out one of the deep pore masks that I was asking about. She said with a condescending tone that the particular mask I need would be found on Amazon or better yet Ulta. Of which, I'm very well aware I can go to other stores to buy products. However, I was expecting her, as a sales associate, to sell me a product I could buy at this establishment. Something like, “this product here that we sell isn’t what you're looking for, however, it works very well”, would have sufficed. Employees at the Sally’s I usually go to do this and this is the type of service I'm used to. If People come to your store and ask you about a product they will usually want you to sell you a product. I came to Sally’s for a particular reason. Generally, Sally’s employees are quite knowledgeable about the products they sell in their store. This particular employee did not have any information to offer. Nor did she even attempt to sell me something. She seemed to care less whether I shopped there or not. After this attitude filled visit and poor poor customer service my friend came up to me and said, “I have the products we need.” I said to her to put it back and that we're going to another location to spend my money. Once I informed my friend that she walked back put the products up and I walked my daughters to the car. The same employee then asked My friend who was still in the store “did you not get the help you needed?” She said, “I guess not, that’s ts why we are going to another Sally’s and I was not buying anything, she was.” (talking about me.) “Oh mm-hm”, the employee said sarcastically and my friend said “thank you anyway.” She again said “mm-hm”, instead of simply saying “ You’re welcome” or maybe even apologizing for not having something we were looking for. Is it that difficult to apologize to a customer? I would definitely recommend skipping this Sally’s and driving a few miles up NW expressway to shop at the other location in Silver Springs Pointe shopping center.

I love going to Sally's. They have an enormous selection of beauty and Health Care items. I always buy the generic silver shampoo, because it makes my hair look great. I get compliments all the time on what a beautiful head of hair I have, and I owe it all to Sally. Try it, I think you'll like going here.

Super unprofessional. Heard them complaining about me needing help at the register. No one Offered to help. When I asked for help I was treated like I was an inconvenience. Asked them about what products they recommended to dye my hair purple, developers, bleach, dye brand as I'm new to that and didn't receive any recommendation or help really. They ran my card as credit over debit as well and blamed me when she had to reset it. A small thing, but super annoying none the less. Will not be returning.

Poor service! The employees there are always rude and don't help at all! I asked one of them where i could get a hair color without bleach and she just said on that isle, instead of helping me find it. I have no idea about hair products how would i know what im getting? I've bought a lot of colors already and almost burnt my hair because i don't know what im buying, back then there was always one lady that always asked what you needed and would tell you what was good for what you wanted. Now its just some rude employees that are just sitting on their butts looking at their phones all day! Im not going to this store ever again!

We had very good service here. I was out of Wahl "Peanut" brand razor heads, and this Sally location had one in stock. I was quoted a price on the phone, and had my razor head within under half an hour. Friendly, courteous, and professional -- just like I like it.
