Good customer service. But not enough products to select from. I wouldn't come in here if I was looking for hair extensions

Terrible. Me; can I look at your trimmers. Her; I can't let you back here but I can pull them out for you Me; You have about 30 I would like to review Her; you'll have to to wait until I get these other customers The other customers were behind me. How do the owners allow this type of poor customer service continue?

Bad customer service. Every time I go in this store it's dead silent. No "hello" or "welcome" or even "hi". No employees to be seen. I always finds myself wondering if they're closed. Not only that, but no one knew I was there. I stood at the register for TEN MINUTES waiting for help and no one showed up. I didn't even think there were employees in the store. When someone finally showed up, she seemed very unfriendly and like she didn't want to be there. When I can actually get an employee to help me, she has no idea what she's talking about. You cannot rely on these employees to give you accurate advice. I usually go to Sally's when I'm just looking for one or two things and can't be bothered to drive an extra 7 minutes to State Beauty, but after the service I've been receiving at Sally's, it's worth the extra gas to go somewhere helpful.
