laughing at the $30.00 comment (she really tried it) you could always go to Ebony or Beauty World & get crrrrrrapy customer service! and cheap hair as "Bon Qui Qui" would say (see YouTube) Seven Beauty Supply has awesome styles I paid $54.00 for the Bentley style and worth every Coin't and I said Coin't ..... They stay with you until you find the hair-hat you want (from: Brooklyn heights NY)

If this place could get no stars from me that would be great. So I go into this store on 7/1/17. The fourth is coming up. So I figured get some red white and blue hair for me and my girls. You know, feeling patriotic!! I found some hair, grabbed some beads and went to check out. Saw some edge control graded that at the front. Walk out, security sensor beep. We go back and try it again and it beeped again. So my husband goes back in to have it checked. She says she wants to check my purse. Umm no. So she stated she'll call the police. I politely told her to go ahead and I'll wait. Saying she's not trying to accuse me just want to check. Like I said you are accusing me so give me a refund and call the police. Finally a younger lady comes over and tells me to go ahead and go. Why because once they're called you'll have that embarrassing moment?! Don't worry I will not be back there. Went in happy; came out pissed and stereotyped. I'll stay in Edmond where class belongs. I urge you to look at your video, then get with me on addressing that formal apology to me and my husband.

I was visiting my daughter, (BJF) about 30 miles from OKC and I called the store to check some prices for hair. The lady rudely cut me off and said come in and look we have lots of hair. I tried to explain that I did not want to drive 60 or 70 miles just to look and I only needed a prices range for 22" to 24" hair. She rudely interrupted me again and said they did not give out prices over the phone. I was so stunned at her disrespectful reply that I said nothing as I was in shock. After several seconds the store employee asked me if I was still there. I replied, I will do business elsewhere. There is no need to for such poor customer service and I will shop elsewhere. I STRONGLY encourage other people to NOT tolerate this behavior at Seven Beauty. Take your money and your business where you are greeted pleasantly and spoken to in a kind and professional manner. It is a shame that people of color are subjected to this treatment from people who do not respect our culture yet profit richly from our dollars.
