I have been to this store twice right before 8:00. Each time I knew exactly what I was getting therefore it was only going to take a couple of minutes to grab what I needed, pay and leave. Both times as soon as I walked in the cashier said "We're closing in 5 minutes". I have never had anyone do that before in any kind of establishment! Clearly they're more concerned with getting people out the door so they can leave when they want, then having good customer service and making money. I will never shop here again!

The past 3 times we've been in this store ALL of the ladies were polite, friendly and answered all of my questions!!  One of the ladies even talked with one of my daughters about music. Some business disregard being friendly beyond the sale but that isn't the case here!!

 I like and use many of the products. The only drawback is the untrained young employees. I overheard them giving customers incorrect information regarding hair color the last 2 times I was there.
