They were really nice, professional, prompt, and friendly. The lobby was also spacious and clean, if you need lab work done check out this location

I used the Germantown office for screening, no rest rooms for clients but they leave u in the waiting room for extended periods of time. I than sat and watched as others who came in after me were called to the back, first. I guess theyre mad at me cuz i needed a rest room. Had i urinated in the lobby i guess it wouldve been better.

The website, recorded message, and hours posted on the door state that the lab is open 7:30 3:30 today. However I found the doors locked at 10:30AM. There were 2 other disappointed clients standing there in the 90 degree heat. There was no note on the door indicating the reason that the lab was closed. What disregard for clients!!

Worse place to go. Very unorganized. I had a 1:45 pm appointment and people from 1:15 were sitting there at 2 and have not seen any staff working there or calling on anybody. Could not talk to anyone and no one answered phone. They can’t even provide an update
