Avoid if you care about your health and well-being. Incredibly unethical facility who loses samples and takes zero responsibility for it. The staff is very rude and treat you as an inconvenience. Not to mention the time painful arm after drawing blood. This should be a place you trust with correct handling of samples, Patient information and customer service but they fail to meet any of those.
I recommend never going to this location. I went in for some routine pregnancy blood work. Although I gave my current insurance ID card to two different people at the front desk, they tried to bill two insurance companies I'm not affiliated with. Since the companies naturally rejected the bill, Labcorp sent me an over ~$300 invoice. I submitted several complaints already and had to forward my current ID card for the third time. Also, the representatives never explained how they accessed the incorrect insurance information. Really concerning.
I’m pregnant and had to get blood drawn and a glucose test done here. Everyone made it is literally and figuratively painless as possible. The employees are friendly, kind, and efficient.
Went to get blood work; got there right at 7:30, and was out to go home within 10 minutes, no appointment made. Receptionist was lovely, and woman taking my blood was lovely, overall a good experience especially as someone who gets anxiety with blood work
They took me right in, even without an appointment. It is difficult to draw my blood, but the nurse got it just right without hurting me and there was very little bruising afterward. GREAT job!
Typical upset sassy front desk. Quick to raise her voice when anyone has a question. The office smells, needs a good cleaning. They do the bare minimum when it comes to answering questions. Definitely not a place where they are encouraged to go above and beyond for their clients. There is no privacy in any of the offices, you’re right next to another patient at the practitioner as she asks you sensitive questions about your health. It gets more than 1 star because they have a great auto check in process and they are quick. But then again they are prob quick because they don’t give clients the time they deserve.
I was there today, 4/25/22 and I couldn't be happier with the service. The front desk lady was kind and efficient. The woman who drew my blood was amazing. She said she had 19 years experience and it showed.
The customer service here is horrible! I went to get blood drawn today and ended up arguing with one of the staff members. The ladies here are so unprofessional and have horrible attitudes! I will not be going back to this location ever!
Checked in at Kiosk and got called back within minutes. Instead of having patients sit in the waiting area, they had us awkwardly lined up in the hallway. They had at least four people working but the employees just kept walking around doing everything but drawing blood. Once it was finally my turn to get a chair, I still had to wait because one employee needed a charger and the other employee had told her to go in her locker to get it but that wasn't what she needed so then someone else had to go investigate the charger situation..I know all this because they were yelling to each other from the back to the front. Finally, after she was able to charge her phone, I was able to get my blood drawn. 45 minutes is a long time to spend in a Labcorp, but I wasn't that upset that I was going to write a review..until I got a call from my doctor today because I am starting Chemotherapy in two days and labcorp lost one of my samples. So now, I have to go to labcorp, again, the day before I start chemo, because the employees are too busy worrying about their personal business. This is supposed to be a professional medical environment. I've never gone to a doctor and had them playing rap and hollering to each other from room to room...so ghetto
Very quick, relatively easy experience I had here made an appointment for a weekday morning. This place probably has high traffic during other times but I had as pleasant an experience as bloodwork can be and the woman who checked me in was friendly. I was in and out within 5 mins of my appointment time.
