Warning: Slow and Rude! There is security at the front desk, but no front desk attendant. Waiting room was empty on a Friday morning. The ONLY phlebotomist yelled** my name from the back of the hall didn't even come to the waiting room. She was not friendly- and that's putting it nicely. She was very short with me and uninterested in my concerns regarding my lab work. People are coming in to Quest with all sorts of health issues to get blood work done, and the employees clearly don't care about their job! Put on a friendly face, have some personality, a conversation more than "yes" or "no" -move on. Rude.
My first and only time here. The carpet smells terrible. Check in and service are sub-par.
Just wanted to come to say that the phlebotomist, Ki-Kee is the best phlebotomist I've ever dealt with. She worked quickly and efficiently and she had positive vibes all around. I love the way she made her cubicle her own showing her shining personality. Walked out of there happier than I walked in!
I signed in and then was greeted by Kay. I was originally sent to other location but she was able to pull up all my labs test request right there with ease. They were able to take me in before my appointment which was a plus within mind that there was no one else there.Kay was delightful and professional. I explained I had hard to find vains but she made it so easy and painless. She was the absolute best. The place was clean and easy to get to.
it amazes me at how rude the front staff was with me last friday. i went to check in as i made an appt on the automated system for blood work. as soon as i was called to check in, in a nasty tone, the receptionist told me , have your paper slip and your id. i let her know that the order was in the system electronically. she asked what insurance i had and when i told her she yelled WE DONT TAKE THAT HERE. as a patient, she could have been a little more empathetic as i am there getting blood work for a condition. Completely disgusted and wouldn't eve come back for services. hire people with empathy, not just women who want to get a check every two weeks.
I was sent here by a Quest employee from another location because they were closing in a few minutes and this location was open until 4:00 PM. I arrived at 3:20 and couldn't find anyone. Four minutes later an employee came out but wouldn't take me, saying it was too late. I explained I had driven 3 1/2 hours from out of state to get allergy shots at my doctor's and to get blood work done for my dr. who only uses Quest. She didn't even bother to look up at me when I was telling her this. I sat down to rest because I'm 71 and had walked 12 blocks in a lot of back pain to get there. While I was resting, she took someone who arrived after me, even though they didn't have up to date paperwork.
Arrived this morning for my covid test for travel in 3 days. Received two confirmation emails for my appointment. When I arrived I was told by a lethargic employee that they were out of test kits and I would have to reschedule for a couple WEEKS from now. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
ZERO STARS, DO NOT GO HERE! I have never been treated so poorly by the Quest staff that are suppose to be in a medical profession with the goal of healing with sick people. The skinny woman that works here was so mean and angry that I showed up at 3:30pm to draw my blood. She immediately and harshly rejected me that they were closed even though business hours are till 4pm. Please fire her. She is driving away your business. I will never go back here every every again. And will personally NEVER use QUEST AT ALL. NOTE TO QUEST MANAGEMENT, you need to train your staff with some basic people skills like: how to interact with sick people, compassion, kindness or at least just basic customer service. Such as: Hi, how are you today? Oh you're the client? You're paying my salary, maybe I should be more mindful of your needs and not the fact I need to leave early so I can go pickup my kids at school. Angry incompetent staff with ghetto persona need to be reprimanded and removed!
This is very frustrating. I woke up early and took the septa to the lap for my appointment test. I arrived at 9:28am my appointment was at 10am. I talked the black lady who works at registration counter. She asked for my full name and date of birth. After I gave her all my information she told me that the lap didn’t have the test kit I have to contact my service to ask them to send me to another lap. I left and went home. It’s rainy day and heavy rain in Philly today. I got home my service contacted me and let me know the lap doesn’t need the kit to test me because the test kit for home testing only. The service sent me to the lap because they wanted me to get a person testing, so the lady who works at the registration doesn’t know anything and she sounded so rude. If she doesn’t know anything why does she work there? She should have confirmed with other people who work their if she didn’t know. It wasted my time because my service told me the lap doesn’t the test kit to test me. I wondered how can she work there? I don’t know her name, but she is a young black lady with red hair color. She was very rude.
I went here with my wife for blood work on a Friday morning. The process was very quick. After you sign in on the kiosk your name comes up on waiting list. The technician that checked me in was same one to do the blood work. She was nice and very efficient. Since this is near my doctor I will likely come here for my future labs.
