As soon as I walk in a lady seemed upset tells me make an appointment… I said ok my employer told me to come over and show u a email. She said idc u gotta make appointment. So I setup walk in appointment. I wouldn’t be mad but the waiting room was completely empty They don’t want to work here.

Went here with my girlfriend on a Saturday for blood work. We came early but that was the only good part. They complained about her not scheduling on an earlier date. She works two jobs and is rarely free. Then they criticized her about scheduling at 11 instead of 8. She works second shift. Then they turned her away for her insurance, although this was scheduled by her doctors office. This was all said in a negative tone. If you want to get judged/criticized for not doing things their way, this is the perfect place. I’d leave a no star review, but since I’m a healthy dude that came here for a urine test in the past, my experience wasn’t bad. Here’s a 1 star.

I have had only positive experiences when I visit this location. I scheduled an appointment Wednesday morning and was taken back within 10 minutes of checking in. The lab tech, Chanel?, was courteous and professional. I had questions about labs done at another location earlier in the week and she didn't hesitate to look into it for me. My veins are tough to stick but it wasn't an issue. The only thing I noticed is that they call out names before sending the text message that they're ready for you. I was sitting in the waiting area when they called the name before mine and when no one responded maybe because the person was waiting in their car or outside, they moved right along. This place tries hard to get folks in and out as soon as possible!

Worst staff ever. The security guard is standing out side and has been for 10 minutes with no one else at the desk. How lazy and bad at your job do you have to be to not even SIT at a desk? I had an unnecessarily long wait because the actual staff were just in the back chatting

I came in for my routine lab work. Appointment was seamless at the website, and when I checked in, everything was smooth and easy using the self check-in kiosk. I was seen at my appointment time, and my blood draw was quick and easy. I have thin veins and sometimes I can spend more than 30 minutes-1 hour when getting my blood drawn, but the person who helped me today was a total expert!

I have gone to this location numerous times - despite knowing how terrible the patient care as well as service is. It was only this most recent visit which resulting in the woman kicking me out that has driven me to write this terrible review. I had made an appointment few days before, did the online check in and no one acknowledged I was there. The security guard was on their phone watching a facebook live video with headphones in. The TV screen kept alerting me that the my wait time to my scheduled appointment was getting longer and longer - despite no patients going to the back for testing. Finally I asked the security guard why my appointment was getting pushed even after I checked in and they proceeded to yell - not get up and ask - to the people in the back that I was there. 15 minutes later I am finally seen by an unfriendly worker who blamed me for the extra work she had to do on my paperwork. After sitting for another 10 minutes - she proceeded to tell me she can't take my blood because my paperwork is wrong and I have to call the doctor who ordered it. I told her I would call them there and she said that I had to go because they stopped seeing patients at 3. I told them that was not fair since they were so late seeing me for my appointment and to that she said that they are given a 15 minute grace period in between appointments. After being kicked out, I called my Doctor who called Quest customer service and learned that all the codes were accurate. The woman just didn't feel like working anymore and lied to me to get me to leave. Never using this Quest location ever again! Rude, incompetent people work there! My other experiences also left me extremely bruised - they don't even know how to draw blood properly. DO NOT GO TO THIS QUEST.

I have had my prenatal blood work done here twice and I can not say enough good things about my experiences here. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen- both times they were very punctual. I get very nervous about needles and Victoria was so understanding and patient with me. She talked me through everything and was very gentle. I highly recommend her and this location if you need lab work done!

Came here today and had the best experience one can possibly have when giving blood. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited in the waiting room for 3 minutes maximum. The nurse who took my blood was kind and got my vein on the first try. The entire process was painless and I was in and out in less that 15 minutes!

I am very disappointed with the staff woman that refused to take me on Saturday after I checked-in. I checked in at 11 am, and the location closes at noon. I did not have an appointment as both the phone and online schedulers shows no upcoming appointments. I am very dissatisfied with that woman who said I can’t take you as you don’t have an appointment, although the website says it is recommended to get one but not required! She absolutely shows no interest to me, I told her that I am pregnant and I need this test as an emergency to check with my physician everything is ok as I have bleeding but she keeps saying no I can’t take you. I was with my husband who works five day a week and can’t drive me 25 minutes to this location throughout the week except Saturdays, he got unsatisfied too. Very disappointed!!!
