Arrived before they closed and they refused to accept my wife who desperately needed a test done. Not only did they turn her away during operational hours, they were dismissive, rude and lazy. They clearly made a decision to close long before they were supposed to, and then made us feel like the bad guys for attempting to use a timely doctor referral to get a much needed test done that literally would have taken 5 minutes to accomplish. If your hours state open til a certain time, you should probably honor that time and not close 20 minutes early with an attitude. These people who work here are awful human beings, do yourself a favor and never go.
This location is the worse. I had my blood taken two weeks ago and my doctor never got them. My paperwork said “ no account found” and they couldn’t tell me why it said that. But they took my blood and I needed those results for my appointment.
No respect for people time You get seen 1.30 hours after your appointment time
Something has to give, everything time I come here the workers are always rude mind you when I come there's always different people working, im here now it's extremely packed with only one person working
This location is absolutely horrible every time my boyfriend has to go there he is disrespected and they are completely unprofessional in ways that I cannot fathom. They’ll refused to give you water during your ursine test and on multiple occasion they have told him that his urine is not his body temperature literally right after peeing. We had to argue them down just to get proof that he took a urine test there. I am mortified at the way the people act in there.
Would give it zero stars but not an option Under staffed. The nurse who took care of my wife should be fired. This is 2 days later.

I hate getting my blood drawn, they talked to me the whole time helping me not pay attention to what was going on. The place is very clean, the staff is nice. All the girls are good at sticking only bruised once. I would recommend people to this location and I will returning back.
I like this place and I don't like taking blood out
