Quest Diagnostics Montgomery PSC

I go to this facility once a month. I have done so for the past two years. These girls are the most professional people that I have ever met at a lab. I have never found one of them to be rude, I always make an appointment and I'm always in there for the blood draw within five minutes of the appointment. The negative reviews your reading are probably by people that have a real problem with anything in life. Trust this place it is the best.

Went here recently and the girl that did my test the second time was very rude. She was talking to me like I was dumb. I even explained to her that I was diabetic and had not eaten since early that morning, so my mind was all over the place, and she ignored me and continued to treat me like a child. Other than that they are really nice and get the job done quickly.

I had an appointment at 7:15 and they got me in at 7:10. They were super nice and got everything taken care of quickly.

I walked in on what seemed to be a moderately busy day with printed (non-electronic lab work orders), but I was seen in less than 30 minutes. Tech was great--not treated like a pin cushion. I'll be back!

Unable to call and speak with a live person. You get routed through an endless loop of an automated answering service with no way to connect to a human.
