Radisson Hotel-Portland Airport

The waterfall in the front was absolutely beautiful but not as beautiful as the receptionist Sarah! She was absolutely amazing! When I first arrived I was feeling overwhelmed but she went the extra 2% to make sure my stay was cozy! I had tears in my eyes at the front desk but I walked away with a big smile & lighter spirit! Although Sarah displayed the true meaning of hospitality the rest of the staff were heaven sent! I truly felt at home! The first class view was peaceful, the rooms were nice, the bed was comfy, and the food was incredible! I would definitely stay again! - Happy Customer

Staff was super nice and friendly. Felt welcoming. The parking gate was kind of weird but i was able to get in just fine. It can hold up people from getting in though. The hotel and rooms definitely need an uplift. Walls are thin. I can hear people make noises. Someone was playing their music past curfew time. Rooms were good but again needs a remodel. Can be a bit cleaner also. Overall a decent hotel for the price. 3.5 stars if I could offer it. I'll probably spend a bit more next time for a newer hotel.

Service was fine but when I got into my bed at night it was... Gritty. Not slightly dirty sheets, it's like someone got into this bed with their boots on. I thought maybe it was just some weird crumbs on top the comforter when we walked in, but no, every part of inside the sheets has grit too. Under the pillows: gritty. Literally how. Also the water proof mattress cover could not be more clearly waterproof, it's so squeaky. Also, someone clearly smoked in this room and then covered it was a scented cleaner. I'm willing to forgive the rest of that, but dirty sheets? That's a basic requirement.

When I showed up to check in the front desk gal was very short and rude. She did not explain anything and talked to me very rudely. My ticket I got for my night to get in and out the parking lot did not work when I came back I tried over and over took it inside and they were rude about me telling them it was not working. Then walked in back acting like they were going to give me a new card to scan and it was the same one i remembered the last 4 numbers then another gal in there started loudly saying “I can’t stand people who ….. “ I could not hear cause I was walking out. Then when it still did not work I came back inside and they talked to me like I was a child asking me how I scan it I showed them and then found out it was NOT ME the machine needed reset and they acted like I did it. I loved my room and view! Beds were nice to sleep in. Customer service was the worse I have seen in a long time. Never got a smile or how are you or even a thank you for staying. Other then afternoon and night staff the stay was good! Stayed 12-17 to 12-18

The room is great with a reasonable design , a tiny lake on the behind building. Front desk service was fantastic, Jayme was very helpful on answering our questions. After he knows we lost our bag from a restaurant where is 400 kilometers away, he gave us a free parking permit, which was so touching. Rooms: Large space, reasonable design and layout

Only giving it 4 stars because the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we had to return 45 min after we checked out because an airpod case was lost. Also because while it is centered in an industrial area it was extremely quiet. Our room looked into the golf course, our room was very clean, And everything worked. However!!!. If you like hot showers, this isn't the place. Water isn't even luke warm. Water pressure is terrible. Had to call the front desk because the toilet needed to be plunged. Wanted to see the "lake" and I mean pond, but all access was closed. It looked nice through the gates.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and Sarah was amazing! She is a big reason we will continue to make this hotel our regular getaway. The bar and restaurant are top notch as well! See you all in September! Hope Sarah is still there.

Great location to airport but feels less secure as the hotel is surrounded by vehicles of the homeless. Parking within the gate is $14/nite. Breakfast is at 6am but they offer a generous to-go breakfast beginning at 4am, for those of us with an earlier flightRooms: 5/5

Rooms are really large and comfortable, but need a little maintenance. Appreciated that they provide tea as well as coffee. Beds are a little too soft. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL. Rooms: Spacious and clean Noteworthy details: Great place to park and fly. Staff is really courteous and efficient.

Room was clean and relatively quiet, I'd reccomend the "lakeside rooms" if you decide to stay here. The TV was not working well, with a number of channels coming in with static and snowy picture. It was a pretty limited selection of channels, too. The coffee was just awful, real low quality coffee beans and tasted burned. There were some apples and bananas, but no "continental breakfast " other than that. The The main issue I have with the stay was a $14 a night charge for parking. They are selling their parking to "park and fly" customers and there was a LOT of in and out thru the lot, made finding a spot problematic at times.
