Ramada by Wyndham Portland Airport

Customer service was great. Needs some updating, our tub stopper was not working. The bed was comfortable. Because of COVID many things were unavailable but understandable.

Poor customer service. Dirty old hotel. False advertisement. They tell you they serve breakfast during Covid but no breakfast available due to Covid. They keep insisting coffee is breakfast. I can't come up with a good thing to say about this hotel. Avoid at all cost.. Go else where.

nice clean, cheap place to stay. located in an industrial type area. No restaurant in hotel, but hotel down the street 500 yards had one open. it would have cost another 75.00 to stay there, so just walked down for our supper.

I was satisfied with the price, service and room cleanliness. There was a lingering smell of old tobacco smoke in my room but not enough to keep me from sleeping. I was able to leave my car on property while I flew to see my daughter. The shuttle driver was very helpful, as was Ryan.

Wow. What a marvelous room for an amazing price. God Bless Ramada. This homeless family appreciates the great price and awesome service!
