Consistency matters!! I tried this place out for the first time on 12/21 with a group of 5 of us. To start, it was my first time there so I needed a few minutes to look through the menu as it is decently sized, so there are plenty of options. However, every ten or fifteen seconds it seemed as if a different waitress came by asking if I was ready to order. I had about 5 in the span of a minute. I thought, man, they really are on the Customer service game. I ordered their 3 taco combination and that’s where things went another direction. We got our food and we asked for some hot sauce for one of the kids. The waiter we asked seamed to had forgotten about us and never came back to our table. We decided to flag down another gentleman who was very helpful and got us his hot sauce almost right away. The food, it’s okay but nothing fancy. There is better Mexican Food places out there, and the meat is probably what ruined it. My chicken was super dry, my fiancée’s beef in her tamale was dry. If you are looking for a Mexican place to eat, you can eat here, but it won’t scream mom and pop true authentic. Also if you want service that’s consistent, you probably won’t find it at this Rancho Viejo.

Always fast friendly service and the food is top notch! The best Mexican restaurant in the PNW!
