Red Lobster

Restaurants are always busy on Mothers Day, and this often results in a loss of service quality. Not here. The food was amazing, piping hot, and delicious. The service was PERFECT. I was so impressed, i sought out the manager to tell him. If they did that well on Mothers Day, i bet they rock every day of the year. We had the stuffed mushroom appetizer, my husband had fish n chips, i had lobster tail, and my son had the Admirals Platter. All of our food was fantastic.

Took 48 mins to order. Food was not good and didn't get what we ordered and got charged for things we didn't order. Service was not good! Restaurant was very dirty! Tables were left uncleared and all the wait staff was standing around talking at the front desk! When we left I was even more upset because there was no call for the service we got! The restaurant was very slow on a Friday night and now I know why! Worst ever experience ever! If I could give a -5 Stars I would it was that bad. I never write reviews but this time when asked I just couldn't pass the opportunity up!

Could do better. Main dish served way to early. Only half way through our salads. To cool in dining room and food cools off to fast. Outback has better coconut shrimp.

We are not going back ever again. The service was good, the food wasn't good at all. My salad was not fresh even had rot tomatoes and the music was so loud that we had to request to lower a little.

Food should be better. Service is more interested in talking among themselves. I have been to this location a number of times hoping it will be as good as the Red Losters in California, so for it has not.
