Paulie was our server he was attentive and gave great suggestions! We tried two burgers and split them so we could sample each. Southern Charm and the Black snd Bleu. Both were delicious. We also had beverages and fried pickles. Delicious. The view outside was so appeasing and needed! I’d visit this establishment again even though it was a bit of a hike it was worth every moment!
Had such a great time with such a great server. We had Dawn and she was on top of everything got all of our orders 100% correct. That honestly shocked me because we are not an easy group to manage at all. She was very very patient and professional. If you go there please ask for her.Recommended dishesSouthwest Chicken, Steamed Broccoli, Pretzel Bites, Steak Fries, BBQ Burger, Onion Rings, Burnin’ Love Burger, Crispy Chicken Tender, Bacon Cheeseburger, Towering Onion RingsDine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: Yes
Some how in my 42y I had never been to red Robin .but what great experience from the girl who seated us to the waiter who was friendly, professional and even took a moment to laff with us despite being verey bizzy the food was fast and delicious. Love the endless fries and the speciality drinks with alcohol and without. Kid-friendliness: Yes it's very family friendly. With a great kids menu. And a small coloring book and crayons for the kids. Parking: Their is no up front parking but plenty to left and the right of the building. And a parking garage accent to it. Wheelchair accessibility: Their is handicap parking to left and right of the building and a ramp it also has double doors and plenty of space between the tables for a wheel chair they even have a table for wheel chair access.
After my grandson's football game, we were all hungry and wanted to lunch at a nearby place. This was the first time, in a long time, he got to see his two great-aunts. We were given a large table to accommodate our party of seven. Everyone was happy with their food choice, service was great and we had a delightful victory celebration.
Red Robin is awesome! Our waitress was very nice and helpful. I got chicken tenders with french fries and everything was delicious. They also have bottomless fries. The food is reasonably priced too. I didn't get dessert but their dessert menu looks really good. Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu. Parking: There's plenty of parking outside the restaurant, plus it's right next to the parking lot for the shopping mall.
The Quality Of Food was excellent and superb. This second time I was at Red Robin, My Husband has been here once. The environment and atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff and waitress were very helpful. If it were not for my server, I would not give not 1 star. I went to the Brandywine, DE location. The burgers appear 2 be frozen, nothing of a gourmet burger does it give. The buns could have been softer and warm. Red Robin is nothing of what I remember when I visited years ago. I would have done better making my own burger at home. I was not pleased at all. McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King would have sufficed Parking: There was an abundance of parking
Very disappointing. Went there for dinner at 4:30pm January 26, the place was almost empty. Was greeted years the hostess and was told we would have to sit and wait by the door for ten minutes until a waitress was ready to serve us. Point to this is she could have offered us a bar seat or even sat us at a table and gave us drinks and menus. We opted to leave instead and went to Friendly's and were promptly served.
I do not want to give this restaurant a bad review. Most if the time the food and the service is great Today, I had the unfortunate experience of watching a hostess that was less than courteous to her guests. This not the norm here. Keisha, the person that was on staff on Tuesday July 5th at 7:00 p.m. needs to take some lessons from the rest of the staff. Other than this one bad experience it's a good place to go
Most of the people in our party got burgers. Their burgers used to be good. However they were awful last night. They had no flavor, they were dry and they were gross. Then we got donuts to take home with us. The donuts tasted and smelled like onion rings and old oil. I was disappointed... I used to love Red Robin. Please bring back the old ways of preparing the food. Are you using frozen meat now?
