I asked them to price out an offer on some games I wanted to sell, they offered to do it over Facebook so I didn't have to drag a bunch of boxes in. I sent them the requested pictures and then they left me on read for three weeks without hearing a word back, despite messaging and calling them asking for an update. Super unprofessional, if you're too busy to get to it that's understandable but since I got the read receipts on fb messenger I know you're not too busy to explain that you haven't gotten to it. If you're not interested in making an offer, the correct response is a polite explanation that you're not interested.

Great retro game shop. All repairs are done in house, and I've never had a problem with anything purchased there not working perfectly

Great people. Owner is great guy, always doing things to help customers. Helped me rebuild a old Gameboy game, now I'm back on the grind.

Love going here. Easy to buy or sell retro games and MtG cards, and the staff is super chill and helpful. The owner of the store remembers regular customers and is great about keeping an eye out for items customers look for. Awesome shop.
