I work multiple jobs that involve both sitting for long periods of time and manual labor and lifting. My shoulder pain was slowing me down and even affecting my sleep but Dr. Andrew Mitchell and staff got me feeling better and stronger than ever! I've never felt so confident in my abilities at work and in my active lifestyle. Now I'm set with a great home program and I don't have to be afraid of how I'll feel after working hard and doing the things I love. I'm so thankful for the great care and hospitable atmosphere at the Timberlake clinic. Everyone is very professional and encouraging!

Awesome staff at this PT practice! The atmosphere they create is super welcoming and encouraging, they helped me gain a mindset of recovery rather than just living with my discomfort. Dr. Andrew Mitchell is awesome! He listened to me well as I explained what was feeling off each week, and he was persistent in figuring out exactly what was wrong in my body. I am thankful to be recovered now and empowered to take care of maintaining my body's health now on my own!

I recently saw Dr. Jacqui for some ankle pain from a nagging running injury. Happy to say I had my first pain-free run today since September! They were so helpful and the staff here is kind and welcoming. Thank you guys!

The staff here is amazing. They were very hands on and they always inspired me to be at my best. I could not have been happier with my care at this facility.

Rehab Associates of Central Virginia - Timberlake Office is an outstanding physical therapy facility! Dr. Jacqui Gooden and her exceptional team (Steven, Carrie, Jess, and Nicky) are extremely knowledgeable, well-trained, and highly skilled. Moreover, they are caring and compassionate professionals that provide dedicated individualized attention to each client. When I first began PT for a shoulder injury, I didn't have much hope of improvement...but all of that changed after my first session. I began to see improvement almost immediately and I continue to see improvement with each session. The staff at RACV - Timberlake have created a very positive, comfortable, and healing environment. I now look forward to each session as my body and spirit continue to heal. I recommend RACV - Timberlake without reservation!
