Rehab Associates of Central Virginia

I have had occasion to use Rehab Associates of Central Virginia on two occasions after orthopaedic surgeries. I find them to be very professional and effective. They expertly designed on-site and at home exercises designed specifically around my personal goals and carefully monitored my progress. While patients are about the very serious business of physical rehab, the staff are able to maintain an excellent upbeat and friendly atmosphere in the gym. I highly recommend RACV.

I had hurt myself to the point it was a affecting my sleep and my daily activities. The meds made things worse. My doctor sent me to Rehab Associates. I chose the Bedford Location from a personal recommendation. They got me in around my work schedule and focused on getting me where I could sleep and easing my pain. Then started strengthening my injury thru visits and in home exercise. Finally they helped me with a program I can continue at home and told me to call with any questions. I had lots of guidance and advice from a great staff. I met a group of folks that really care, listen, and help.

I often brought Ms Green there for physical therapy. Everyone was helpful, curtious and professional. There were never any long waits for service and appointments were managed quickly. Very clean and the equipment was in excellent condition. Very pleased with each visit
