Clients are not assessed and matched with a counselor to meet their needs. The confidentiality agreement is never reviewed with the client so that questions can be asked. Appointments are cut short from the one hour time frame to 45 minutes. Counselor Peter Schmidt was late to every appointment and never offered more time or made up time he missed. When Peter Schmidt was asked to honor the 45 minute appointment that was paid for by my insurance company, he started calling me names and using put downs instead of acting professionally and fielding a legitimate question. I recommend everybody to look elsewhere to have your counseling needs met. This was a terrible experience with unprofessional counselors! UPDATE: This counseling center tracked me down at my new address and sent me a letter demanding this review be removed, but never once apologized how I was treated by a counselor working under their supervision. The counseling center is terrible and only cares about their outward reputation, but fails to look inward and see where the real problem lies!

I love this place! My counselor Felicia is wonderful and I only prefer female counselors. She is very professional and I know she cares. I was drawn to this place because of the religious aspect behind it. I wanted a Christian counselor and I found a great one!

This is the first negative review I have ever posted. Apparently this place underwent an office staff change and overhauled their billing department. I never received the 2 letter they said they sent, nor received a call back when I attempted to pay for my bill TWICE. My account was referred to a collection agency and my score dropped 80 points. I had to pay an extra $70 to have it removed from my credit report. I would never trust these people with my money or health again.
