REI

This is my local REI store so I shop here a lot. Very friendly and helpful staff. They've always gone out of their way when I asked for help. No pressure to buy anything and I can browse as much as I like. It can get busy on weekends especially in the summer with all the tourists in town. So I shop during the weekdays when it's more relaxed. It's a smaller store but being able to order online and pickup at the counter makes up for that.

Rei is great for ideas. I hardly buy something there because I can usually find it for cheap online. This store is great, it is large and has everything you possibly need for adventures. I'm excited to try their bike repair

As usual. REI is awesome and continues to be awesome. This store is a little smaller than some of the others, but overall not an issue.

Meg in Footwear went above and beyond all my expectations. She is a true Footwear professional and opened my eyes to what I needed. It is great to see people who put Excellence into their jobs!
