Reidsan Kennel In Grove & Dog

I attend agility training. It is a great way to mentally engage your dog and work them out. Excited that Sylvia is accommodating our long term goal of competing. I cannot comment on boarding, but I've walked past a few of their obedience training sessions and the dogs are all very well behaved.

I am thankful Reidsan and the experience. I have a bull mastiff that I dropped off at the kennel for 2 weeks. He was leash trained by Aaron. I had a great experience. My dog was returned to me with a great attitude. He listens so much better now. Only complaint I had was the lack of communication on the day of pick up. I believe it was an innocent mistake. But it still was not a easy one to fix because of my daily schedule.

Although My ReidDan Bouiver is gone , I will when ready get another....These dogs are a direct reflection of the owners ...Grat job & Wonderful Dogs.....Love & Happiness to ya both !

Rather cheesy and not very ethical how the owner's family (Erron and Brandon) give the kennel 5-star ratings...

I took my dog to a 2 week training program they offered (that by the way cost 600 usd) the night before the second week was over at around 10pm I was outraged when I received a call from Reidsan telling me they had LOST my dog. It was until the next morning that my dog came home full of blood from wounds he had all over his legs and body. My first instinct was to give him water since he looked parched. He drank water non stop for 10 minutes before I could take him to the vet. Turns out my dog was 10 pounds lighter (I highly doubt they even fed my dog, he devoured his food in a matter of seconds) and needed several stitches in his leg. When I called Reidsan Kennel they invited me over to see how my dog had escaped. Turns out he broke out of his individual cage and broke a small window just to escape and come home. I'm still in shock on how a dog as big as mine (Neapolitan Mastiff) could fit though a window that's less than a foot wide. Makes me wonder how badly they must treat the dogs. The only explanation given to me was that my dog is "mentally unstable" and not only did they not even bother to give me a solution but they kept the 600 dollars from the training (which by the way was a total scam) and offered to pay only half of the vets bill. Weeks have passed since the incident and my dog is still traumatized! I can't even pet him without him flinching in fear. I have no idea what went on the night of the incident, but it's safe to say I will NEVER step foot there again.
