I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Reliable PC Tek Services. I am very experienced with computers but I was experiencing problems that were more than I was capable to fix. When my computer was services they discovered viruses, malware and other malicious bugs that needed to be addressed. My computer is now fixed and I have the tools I need to keep my computer running like new.

Reliable Pc Tek Services has an outstanding approach to fixing printers at least they fixed mine within hours after trying other repair places that were giving me all sorts of reasons why they can't fix my hp printer

Reliable Pc Tek Services has provided me good services for two years, they have always looked into resolving my Printers and Computer issues, they take time to explain technological terms in simple English that any one can understand, indeed I will continue to work with them and also provide referrals to them because I am confident that they won't let me down or any one else who will go to them.

My printer issue was resolved the same day I brought it in. They were really friendly and easy to work with. I wasn't happy with the pricing of the repair at first, thus the four stars instead of the five stars, but they corrected the pricing quickly and I was quite pleased after that.
