I stopped in with a question about my computer and an hour later, they'd solved the issue, taught me a lesson about minecraft hosting for my son, and gave me advice on my home network. Total charge? FREE! I highly recommend their services.

What a great place to take your computer. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have complete faith in Ben. He is honest and knowledgeable. Scion Computers is definitely my go-to shop for computer problems. Thanks Ben! You're the best!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my issue. Was extremely helpful in letting me know my options and offering to exchange or return any parts that didn't work. It all worked flawlessly and being that I work at a downtown office, they are in a very convenient location for us to use regularly.

Wow... So thankful for Austin and Scion Computers!!! I was on a short trip to Idaho Falls for work and play...my laptop went down...one phone call and a beautiful walk from my hotel across the river to Scion Computers... Austin greeted me...fixed my computer right then and there...Friendly...Professional... Awesome...highly recommended!!!

I work at home and depend on my computer. When it goes down, I get worried. On two occasions I've driven to Idaho Falls to have Scion diagnose the problem. In the first case, I had a virus, which Scion took care of inexpensively. I was back to work in a short time. Last week, I felt sure my computer had died. I tried the usual fixes and they didn't work. I rushed the desktop down to Scion to recover my files. But when I returned the next day, Scion told me the computer was fine. Brought it home, hooked it up, and it works fine. For this assessment, they barely charged me. I value having a reliable and honest technicians I can turn to.
