Renaissance Hotel

The shower was dirty and had mold. Ac was off in the room and the fridge was off. The towels need to be replaced or use fabric softener. The shampoo and body wash is too small. Barely able to get clean with miniature bottle. Paying over $300 for 1 night, disappointing. I have two stars, room was clean and easy parking.

Great location right off the 16th Street mall. Nice room with all the necessary amenities. Bar on location. This was a great choice as it afforded excellent access to go to Coors Field.

The hotel is fine checked all the boxes but good luck trying to get anything changed on your bill. We called the manager since the accountant doesn't work there anymore many, many times about a charge we should not have incurred and it was impossible to get in touch with him.
