Good business with this place and awesome storage space and location.. Thanks for the help!!! Took less than 10 minutes to get the storage unit me and my wife needed..no BS no hassles!!! Whatever the price says, is what the price is no hidden fees are anything

Rats the size of small dogs. According to Maurice he does pest control. My unit has nothing but furnishings, mostly destroyed now. The unit is full of rat droppings and some of the other tenants told me their units are as well. When I tried to contact Maurice about this for help he told me to refer to the lease agreement. Not I’ll get right to it and make sure your belongings are kept safe from our giant rodent pets...nope....refer to the lease. He also now won’t take calls about it because that would make him feel awkward. I’m not talking tiny little mice. I’m talking rats that you need a leash to walk. They kind that have turds the size of cigars. Hey Maurice, have your mommy call me. At least she will take care of the problem.

Well run, locally owned. The complex is on the older side but kept immaculate. Jag a unit there for 10 years and have never had a problem.
