Every time I stop in I always have a great experience! The store is neatly organized, clean, and well kept! They are always my first choice for all my jewelry needs!

This store is the best jewelry store that I have ever been in! The sales representatives are kind and helpful! They REALLY know their stuff! They also have a goldsmith onsite that can size and fix rings instead of having to send it off and wait weeks on end! BEST PLACE TO GET JEWELRY!

This place is an absolute nightmare. HORRIBLE. The “ girl “ who was helping us LOOK for a ring took the one we liked the most and rang it up under my card without our permission and when we told her we were not ready to purchase she told us to “ just relax and take it home “ and that if we didn’t like it we could always return it within the next couple months. Here we are trying to return this ring that i do not love only to find out we cannot. We are stuck with a ring i do not love, awful memories of this store and a bill that keeps on getting bigger (we pay more than need-because of the insanely high interest rate. Save yourself from going through exactly what we are doing and go to zorells!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone ever again.

Very good customer service. They were very willing to work with us to resolve issues. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a ring. They are there for you after the sale.
