Took gold necklace to be repaired. 3 weeks later received call necklace is ready for pick up. My husband picked up necklace and brought it out to car. I removed necklace from baggie. It was not my wedding gift necklace I had brought in to be repaired. My husband went back into Ricks Jewelry and informed of necklace not being the one we had brought in weeks prior. The lady said well this is 14k necklace. My husband stated well this is not the right necklace. Told they will look for our necklace and call him. Still have not received my beautiful necklace.

When helping me choose and engagement ring, Tracy immediately switched gears when I mentioned I wanted something small. She didn't try to sell me something bigger or more expensive than what I wanted. The size was off when I got it, not sure if it was my error or theirs, but they resized it for me when they fused on the wedding band. The diamond itself is gorgeous. I still love it and I get compliments all the time.
