Correct Time

I needed a watchband repair so when I looked up repairman in GF this was one of the only ones I could find. One of the pins had broken in the size adjusting area and I didn't have the right size at home to replace it. EZ fix, he looks at my watch and asks if I would like the crystal changed also because the magnifier for the date was all scratched and unreadable. 15 min later and 20 bucks my watch looks like new again. Very happy to have this disappearing service available in our area.

When I dropped off my watch, I was told it should be around 2-3 business days. 2 weeks goes by and I still hadn't heard anything back, so when I finally called, the (only) worker responds by saying "yep, its here, I never said I would give you a call when it's ready though." So if your expecting any sort of customer service avoid this place, and just go buy a new watch. The icing on the cake came when I found out credit cards aren't accepted like a true grand forks business stuck in the wrong decade.
