Purchased an engagement and wedding band at this location in 2017 and 2018, respectively. Incredibly attentive, personal service with zero "hard sell" tactics. I felt welcome and comfortable each time I visited, whether I bought something or not. Their follow-up services (cleaning, resizing, etc.) are also top notch. If you don't check Knowles out, you're missing out!

The customer service at Knowles Jewelry is outstanding. The staff is helpful, knowledgable, and does above and beyond to meet my needs. The quality of their products is also exceptional. Minot is lucky to have a business like Knowles.

The service I have always received at Knowles is top notch. They are so kind, welcoming and friendly. I love that there are options for many price points and the staff is always generous with showing items that fit my budget. The store also looks amazingly all times. I feel it gives the princess living inside many women the chance to dream of jewels and sparkles. Beautiful!
