Look at some of the responses from the owner to some of the comments.... “nice try” and “go back to school”. Incredible that an owner would respond so childishly. I was just searching the web for a bike store near me because I am going to buy bikes for my granddaughter, wife and me tomorrow and solely based on the immature responses by the owner to some of the comments made, I will not be looking here.

It seem like you are struggling to get info when trying to purchase a bike from them. It felt like I was a bother and felt like I was taking up their time. I want to the Trek store in Merriville and spent my money there. Customer service with a smile and test drive the bike before I purchase it.

Had very good service, was looking for tires and the guy working said he had some used tires he would sell for 10 bucks total and also gave me free grips,10/10

Bought a Giant brand mountain bike here, Works perfectly never had a problem with it. I go in from time to time to have things checked out, after rough trails or falls. Good quick service. They help you when you ask and don't hover over you when you are just looking, which is nice because that can be very annoying.
