Every bike our family has own for 35+ years has come from Kokomo Cycling and Fitness. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and quality products. We wouldn’t buy bikes anywhere else!

We went to the bike shop today to buy a bike. The male employee had a condescending attitude, argued with us on numerous times, had a don't-care attitude. We were ready to pay for the bike when finally had enough of him and walked away telling him how we felt. We told our kids about our experience knowing that they had recently bought a bike there and they had the same experience with this man. They also walked away and came back at a later date when that man was not there. It's too bad since it's a nice shop with great selection.

Always very helpful! I have been building a custom bike and can always count on them for guidance or help with finding parts. Wont do business anywhere else.

Very helpful in picking out the right bike for my wife. Also been a life saver with our service needs. They have been very patient with all my questions and I have learned a lot just talking with them. A great asset to the community and Kokomo thank you for all your help.
