Riley's Railhouse

Found out about this place when an employer had a Christmas party there. Super cool bed and breakfast. The building was once Chesterton's freight depot (there is a matching historic passenger depot a few blocks down that was turned into a Civic building). Inside, you can choose from rooms overlooking the railway-themed kitchen and bar, or bunk inside a restored box car.

Came in on Saturday Evening felt like home very relaxing environment! We asked if they had any cancellations on Sunday and they checked for us and they did and gladly gave us the room for a 2nd night. (has they didnt have any openings for another night when we arrived). Very kind people we really liked the atmosphere. We came here to watch trains and never missed a minute. We are coming back at the end of the month. We felt like a big family and right at home. They have 2 very sweet dogs. The rooms are fantastic and breakfast was amazing!!!

Was there for a baby shower and it was the first time. Well decorated and comfortable. Nicely furnished building.

Pretty place! I've never stayed there, personally, but I've gone for events. Nice, warm atmosphere, owners are kind, and they've got two very loving dogs who will come up and greet you when you visit.
