Not a true Cajun experience by any means, but they get 4 stars simply for that AMAZING PAN ROAST!!(order this). The Bouillabaisse is also worth trying out as well. Also the fried pickles(guilty pleasure). Pro Tip: Stay away from the GUMBO I don't know what it is but It's not GUMBO.

Deeeeelish! I visited on a Sunday evening. No wait to be seated food and service are top notch. Casual place, was there for an early birthday dinner for myself. First time visiting and will definitely be back!

I’ve tried multiple things at this joint a they’re always amazing. Pan roast and Jambalaya were great. One thing you need to be wary about is when they ask you how spicy do you like it 1-10, go on the low end. I chose 6 on my Jambalaya and I was on fire. I am mid to good with spicy food. Good beer selection and the owner sometimes would be there cooking with other chefs. Very friendly. Fried pickles were bomb. Bacon wrapped shrimp was very delish.

Very good overall Cajun/Creole food. Most famous for the pan roast, but the gumbo was also pretty good as well. I'm not entirely certain if cooking in a steam kettle makes too much of a difference, but yes still overall very good Cajun food and you really can't go wrong with this when it comes to Cajun food.

Oh my goodness this was so good. I started with Oysters and then had a clam chowder and it was just phenomenal. Love the fact that you can watch them cook the food right in front of you at the bar with their row of kettle pots. The Cajun spices are on point and just dance on your taste buds. I will be back for more.
