Rodeo Mexican Restaurant

The service was slow, which I understand on a busy night. The food was definitely not Mexican. They used white American cheese that was barely edible. The rice was dry and I couldn’t eat it. The portions were small for the price. I do not understand how anyone thinks this is good. Clearly, if you like this place then you do not really know Mexican food. I will say that their margaritas were good and priced well.

Not the best Mexican food but there also isn't much around. Their salsa was a bit balnd and their entrees were overly cheesy. The staff also wasn't very attentive in general. We waited at the front to be seated almost 10 minutes when there was no crowd. Many workers walked by us and looked at us but said nothing and continued on. Even people we asked to seat us walked away because it wasn't their job. Eventually the right person came to assign us a table. After we were seated, the waitress was much more attentive and helpful.

Superior food with very fast service is refreshing for Hinesville. I been going there with my wife and friends for years now. Always a pleasure. Reasonably priced. Always tops in my recommendations.

Our server, Alex, took great care of us. She was very attentive and kind. The beef in the chimichangas was so much better than most places. Not ground, but tender and chopped. Excellent food.

The steak & beef is very salty, even though the restaurant is not busy service is slow. But not all bad.
